What are some of the unwritten rules of 'nalia that you have learned over the years? Here is what some folks on Greek Peeps had to say:

I hate it when guys wearing their baseball hats with their letter's on turned backwards. I think that is a blatant sign of disrespect!!!

Nothing with our sorority name written across your behind. Saw a Neo do it and lit into her.
That's funny! I didn't know they made any paraphernalia with letters on the behind! LOL

****.... speaking of trunks... don't do stupid sh!t in Nalia. Like yelling "I'm about to go to my trunk" after you get your **** wooped at the club (true story). .
Now.. that's funny! Why in the world do these guys in these Frat's try to act like some thugs? It's either you are going to be a nerd or a ****. You can't do both! LOL

Quote: If you know you look EXTRA raggedy (and trust me YOU know when you do), please leave the nalia at home. If you are just making a run to the cornerstore, throw on a plain t-shirt, please!! Look, my sister was talking about this woman who was in the hair salon with her AKA shirt on with some ashy heels. I hollered when she told me that, and she was like "you never see a Delta walking around with their shirts on with some crusty feet." LOL AKA's need to get it together now. You don't need to leave the house looking crazy with a Greek shirt on!

Well, I must say my Soror was a bit wrong getting her hair done with her letters on, let alone the ashy feet. However, I'm sure once she had her hair greased up ( and her feet, too) she was finest thing walking (LOL). Anyway, we all need to represent our fraternities and sororities in the most positive way at all times, with or without paraphernalia on. Once you cross, you are now known as being apart of that frat or sorority.

how about being a normal well adjusted guy... its not like those are the only 2 options. it has nothing to do with being in a frat or not... if anything that cultural issue but thats another topic/forum.

You can't take a joke. You made it seem so serious. I was just kidding. Most guys that are in Frat's are the nerds. How about most guys that are in college are the nerds from their high schools because the other percentage didn't make it to college. When they go to college and actually pledge, then they become the big man on campus. The nerd then transforms into the "MAN" on campus! LOL

Hmmm... thats not true in all, not even most cases. Do you not think your generalizing a tad bit? There are a handful of guys who do OK in HS(and maintain popularity among their peers),make it to college, pledge and join fratenities. So i disagree fully.
