i try to be loyal as possible to this drink...when i went out a couple of times last week, folks laughed at me because it's a flavored drink. it's a malt, and it doesn't taste like sh!t, and it's potent. i drink 2 medium bottles, and i'm right where i want to be.
i never drink to get ****....being not in control is definately not pleasurable... and beer just taste like pure sh!t to me...it taste like liquid pennies. i'm not gonna drink something that taste like that just to go with the croud and say i;m cool. if it taste bad, i'm not gonna drink it, if i feel nasty smoking, i'm not gonna do it. i don't do anything just to go along with e'erybody else...but i do drink to get buzzed.

I enjoy a good Corona every now and again... I just so happen to have one right now. But different beers have different tastes. Just like, whether you like it or not, Smirnoff Ice is a BEER and has a different taste than Budweiser. It even says BEER on the bottle, or at least it used to. I actually (like most American beer connoseurs) choose mine depending on the season. Generally, your lighter and more crisper beers in the spring and summer and a darker, more robust beer in the fall and winter months. A beer can have a lot of flavour to it without all the extra sugar and whatnot that are in "flavoured malt beverages". It depends on who brews it and how its brewed.
The key is to not give into marketing. I enjoy a lot of beer that isn't very widely marketed, yet has a strong following. That's how Corona got expensive. You used to be able to get a six pack of Coronas for under $4. All the sudden, it got popular (like chicken wings, chitlin's and, BBQ...) and people started wearing the clothes and all that Sh*t and its now twice as much as it was four or five years ago. Go try some other stuff from people that not only can't afford to advertize on Super Bowl sunday, but wouldn't in the first place.
My top pick?
Yuengling, America's Oldest Brewery. Its not too expensive, but it has a good mellow flavour to it. Its considered an Amber beer. I don't know of too many stores that don't carry it.
Actually it says malt on the bottle of a snirnoff... I'm drinking one right now. Its mazing how I can still blackberry bizzed...wtf are yall staring at?

coronas are ok...not really into the heavy beer taste but i can tolerate coronas
although milk is my REAL drank...
i LOVE vodka. i've gotta be the only person that likes it for the taste.
absolut raspberri n stoli blueberry are my favorites.
hate whiskey. and beer... i just don't like it. what's the point of drinking if you're not gonna get nice straightaway??? all those empty calories... gimme 100 proof!!!

I drink just about everything. Heinny's, Henny, Corona, C-berg, Guinness, Stella, Bailey's, Jack, Jim, Johnny, Smirnoff, Bud-lite, Crown, Grey, natty ice (when I'm broke LOL), etc. I also like my mixed dranks LOL like 3 wise men, chocolatini, crown & coke, screwdriver, gin & juice, black and white russians. I sound like an alcohlic fa real.
But on the real: I don't drink often or in excess. All I am saying is I have a diverse palate.
Current Drink I like: Bailey's Irish Cream mixed with Vanilla Smirnoff vodka, shaken with ice and topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
