I didn't see any sorority pictures or trademarks in the pictures. I saw things associated with AKA in the pictures such as pink, green, pearls and mirrors, but I didn't see anything in the pictures that would honestly hold up in a court of law as copyright infringement. But honestly, I dunno as of yet how Nationals will be handling this. I'm tryna focus on that sheepskin.
What about the AKA shield in the background? Would that hold up in court as trademark infringement?

And I know there was a line at my school last spring. From What I hear from the guys some AKA's from a nearby city "pledged" them. They don't wear para around here of course but some pics did leak out....
