Dear Members! I am happy to be accepted into this forum and I pray that my time here will be helpful to you and beneficial to myself. I am a little bit older than many of you and I did not attend an HBCU- but I would be happy to share my life and whatever information I have gained over the years with you. I am called as a teacher (Middle and High school) and worked many years as a professional singer, actress, television performer. I am a musician (piano, organ, percussion) and have many years with professional management and booking agencies- so I have experience in the music business. I have also spent some years in Human Resources for a large Remarking Company. I have been active in the Civil Rights movement and even walked with Dr. King. I enjoy writing poetry, essays, quotes, and short stories. I have one daughter - a Baking/Pastry chef for the Norweigian Cruise Line in Hawaii. I am a musician for my church and a firm believer that YOU CAN HAVE WHAT YOU SAY! I just want to be an encouragement to you and to share my experiences and love to all. God bless you all!
