provAKAtive has to be the wisest woman on here.. probably because she is the oldest (I think). NOw the true question is who is the wisest boy ??? (boy intended :lol: )
I actually have a different method of holding myself. I actually look at the clock and find out what time I start the encounter and plot about 10mins in advance. Therefor I can psych myself out, into not releasing before that specific time. If i'm not near a visible clock, I remember how many songs are played on the radio and forecast how many songs I can last before I'm done.
