Yes we do, we have this parade and we have the west indian day parade(HAITI STAND UP!)..altho I wish it wasnt called the west indiant day parade since there is no such thing as a west indian but I digress...we have the african day parade during harlem week in which all the black organizations and black folks come out and show love for being black in Harlem...there r other parades from time to time as well...

ummm NO,it's one thing to be black or white or mixed with something other than puerto rican and claim the country. it's another to go to have fun. Which is what i did. I always went with my Rican friends, never had a rican flag in my hand claiming PR.
