Anyone going to the Essence Festival this year? It is a really good line up this year. If you are going, do you know of any after parties that are going on after the concerts?
I read a great article about the ESSENCE fest in their December issue. It discussed the Essence Fest and tourist attractions in New Orleans. After looking at the information, I am interested in attending the 3 day fest on July 3, 4, and 5. Hopefully, I will have an opportunity to attend in 2009.

Yeah, the Essence Festival is always the week of the 4th. If I was you, I would have to skip that family reunion!

Aww.. that's nice to be thought about. Anyway, I've got my tickets for the Friday night but haven't decided about what other night I'm going. Friday has the best lineup. Yeah, you should go. You will enjoy yourself. I always have a good time!
