I cannot believe i gained 15 lbs my freshman year, when i first stepped onto campus i was a good size and it's weird because I would only eat like one meal a day... Now that my weight gain has become a reality I have been going to the gym faithfully every morning but it seems as if all the junk food is on sale now that I have attempted to shed the freshman 15. How many of ya'll can relate
LoL, I actually worked out more often once I got into college... peoples habits go through some things when they are stressed to the max about everydamn thing...
i ate cake almost everyday, it was crazy, and not just one piece like 3 or 4 in combination with my meals, and I also ate at chicken in a box and stegalls a whole lot... as a result...
i lost 5 lbs and im in the best shape of my life... my legs are toned and defined and my upper body is marvelous... thanks junk food!
although for a while i did get on a special eating program i designed, but that wasnt fun so i stopped
See ya'll are giving light weight **** like me hop, maybe if I gain that 15lbs ya'll keep talking about, then my lil brother who is my size will stop thinkin that he's man enough to F* wit me.
Shyttt....the freshman 15 and + some hit me this year...and i thought i would have lost the weight instead of gaining it. I went off to school a good 125....came home round 140ish...i was like dayum. And it wasnt like i was eatin 24/7...but those eating habits u acquire at school are outrageous (those late nite snacks-even if it was ur only "meal" of the day). Im hittin up the gym now to get back in shape, and when august come around-imma keep goin to the gym cuz that ****wont no joke!
i lost 15 pounds at school it wasnt til i came home that i started to put the weight back on....d@amn grandma's cooking.......since i have been home i spend at least two hrs a wk in the gym and more walking and less of grandma's cooking...my weight is going back down
Going to the gym gives you no results until you change your eating habits. If you eating 2000 calories and only burn 400 <<---I think that's a strong work out too....see where I'm going with this?
