I want somebody to give me a reason for why i should beleive in God u see i am an aitheist that grew up in a conservitive christian enviorment and decided that god doesnt exist and ive been unable to meet anybody that can argue a good case for god that i cannot rebbuttle or disprove.

Let us Now discuss your issue:
Biblical arguments for God's existence appeal to a God who exists beyond time and space. Any other kind of god is logically impossible. There is evidence from the creation that the Creator has these characteristics. When you solve the equations of relativity for time, you find that time began at the moment of creation Whatever, or Whoever put in motion the events that formed the universe must have operated in another dimension of time. Therfore we can say that God existed before he created the Earth. Now, There is also evidence for the existence of extra dimensions of space.The unification theory states that the four forces of the universe can be unified into a single force at the moment of creation. However, for this theory to work mathematically requires the existence of at least 9 dimensions of space and time.It has been shown that at least two of the fundamental forces of physics can be unified experimentally. Evidence for the unification of some of the other forces is likely within the next ten years. Nearly all astronomers accept the hypothesis that the universe arose from extra dimensions of space and time. The Bible claims that God exists outside of the universe, which requires extra dimensions that exist even outside of the six extra dimensions thought to be required for the existence of the universe. Are you still with me.
Now let me say that There is only one true method to know if God Really exist Yes, you can get absolute proof of God's existence. One way to get proof is to die. I do not recommend this method if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. All who die get to see God. However, those who have rejected Him through their lives on earth are separated from God at the judgment, since He cannot have contact with those who insist upon holding onto their sinfulness.
An easier way to get proof of God's existence is to see if the promises of the Bible are true. The Bible says that if you accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that He will come into your life and that you will have a personal relationship with Him. So what I am I saying that what if I am wrong what if God doesn't exist but the bigger Question that must be answer is what if he does! Man someone is going to miss the Boat... Is it you!

First off let me say to avanti that i wasnt beening mean i was just sayin that to prevent this forum from getting off topic. Then let me say that i will first respond to what Prince, not because i cant get to what innocence said its just that prince's comments were so much juicer i will get to innocence later.
Sayin that i will start off that prince maybe u are used to arguing with somebody who is not familiar with the big **** theory but unfortuatly i am.
This theory that 9 extra dimensions is needed to accomadate the theory of relativity is true and it is probaly more, However your comment that the universe began in another dimensions is not widely accepted by atronomers and it is only one of many different theorys of how the big **** was created one says that the universe is actually a quantum bubble that instead of popping out of excistence like all the other bubbles it continued to expand into the universe today (this is of course a simpliefied version of the theory it is really much more complex than that.) also please give me the excact quote in the bible that says proves that god exist in another dimension.
Also ur claim that any other god that doesnt exist outside of space and time is illogiacal. A god that exist outside of space time is also illogical due to the fact the unfortuanate concenquence of that logic then becomes that if god exist he then is part of the universe and is subject to the laws of quantum physics as well as traditional physics.
Another point i will make is that science will never be able to disprove the existence of omnipresent God and the fact is that science is unable to prove anything. Proving something is impossible in science becuase in order to disprove anything u have to know everything in the equation and science will never be able to know everything about the equation of the universe. in the real world u can only give evidence for a theory but u will never be able to prove it.

Before you go on to tear everyone's arguements down for why God exist, please let all of the people at HBCU central know what are your reasons for your statement that God doesn't exist and what evidence do you have? You can't base it on science because you have already said that science proves nothing because you would have to you would have to know everything in the equation which you don't. So what evidence do you have to prove that God doesn't exist

Sweetie its so amazing to me that you dont believe in God our creator, Who do you think is blessing, who do you think brought you this far, and who do you think wakes you up everyday? one word GOD...I know you want the scientific reason and true I cant give you that but it just really amazes me that you dont believe in God my mouth is open wide and I am thinking are you serious All I have to say is count your blessings dont take things for granted and get ready cause he is and will come back...just my thoughts :wink:
Are you serious? :roll: There is solid evidence of biblical events, yet there is absolutley no evidence of this Theory of Evolution. Archeologists have found graves of famous biblical characters but have found nothing that suggests evolution is true. Yes I believe the bible because I'm a studier of not only the bible but history, and it is extremely accurate on historical events and predictions. Why don't you spend more time trying to investigate it and study instead of spending you're every waking moment trying to prove why God doesn't exist or why his word is wrong? Only the truth shall set you free, nothing else.
So umm who's is waking me up every morning, keeping me from dangers that I dont(and can't) even see, giving me favor(please believe that good luck/the universe/or whatever will run out some point) and blessing me? It's called faith believing in what you cannot see. You have faith that air is there for you to breath even if you can't see it right?

If God created the universe and all of the laws that the universe abides by then He himself wouldn't be subject to the laws because if he created the laws He would also have the power to change the laws. It is like a computer programmer. A programmer can create a program that has certain laws and restrictions that affect the people that use the program, but he himself wouldn't be subject to the laws unless he willingly wanted to. Being that he created the program he would also have the ability to change the laws that govern the program as he sees fit.
YOU SAID YOU GREW UP IN A CHRISTIAN HOME. IN WHAT POINT IN YOUR LIFE DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME ATHEIST? WAS THERE AN INCIDENT THAT MADE YOU PUSH GOD AWAY??
