I'm lookin at MTV now and True Life is on talkin about obese ppl gettin gastric bypass surgery...so how do you keep in shape... I jog 3 miles at the track 5 days a week or 2 miles up hills...also how do you feel about ppl gettin gastric bypass surgery...do you think it's a cop-out?
I HIT THE WEIGHT ROOM FOR ATLEAST 11 HRS EACH WEEK..
BENCH, SQUAT, (CURLS ARE A MUST... AS OUR COACH SAYS..CURLS FOR THE GIRLS)..... ANY THING ELSE U CAN THINK OF I PROBABALLY DO... (I AM A MIRROR NUT,,, I BE IN THE WEIGHT ROOM RELIGOUSLY TRYING TO GET THE PERFECT BODY

Me hmmm, I'm not in shape maybe I need to get that way. But uh when I'm on one of my "shape-up" thangs I walk a lot, hit the gym, lift weights, do pilates, Tae-Bo and Belly dancing.

do you run track cause if you don't you need to or at least cross country I have a video for running the 800 and it says to run up hills and stuff like that. but basically its all in eating and excercising right. if you go on all these diets that have no excercising whatsoever the diet is bad for you. i feel that if that's a last resort then they need to go ahead and do it but if they can lose the weight by some other means.

I go to Run-n-shoot everyday @ 7...and do whatever aerobic class they have...usually kickboxing, cycling, or step...and try to eat healthy but I have a weakness for Bojangles Chicken

I don't do anything...i'm jus small. But next week I start cheerleading practice & we're gunna be running the river, lifting weights, & other conditioning exercises
mine is pretty simple, but intense nonetheless:
:arrow: bench press(pyramids starting from 150lbs. to 260lbs.(max))
:arrow: wide chest press(pyramids starting from 10 sets of 12 @ 90lbs to 3 sets of 5 @ 450lbs(stack)
:arrow: curls(5 sets of 20 on 35lbs)
:arrow: leg press(bout 5 sets of 20 on 450(stack)
and if im in the mood, ill hop on the bike for a lil bit...
