Okay, I just saw on MTV News that T-Boz and Chili are doing a reality series (wtf? :evil: ) searching for the "new" Left-Eye, so they can get the group back together.
I remember when she first died, they promised their fans they would never try to replace her, and that TLC would never be the same. So why are they trying to capitalize off of her death?
I don't know... it bothers me. I guess when it all comes down to it, money talks.
ITS NOT EVEN THAT THEY'RE TRYIN TO REPLACE HER..BUT LETS SAY I WAS A RAPPER..WOULD I REALLY WANT TO GO IN A GROUP WHOS KNOWN FOR 3 SPECIFIC PEOPLE AND THE PERSON I'M TRYING TO IMITATE IS ****? I MEAN I COULD UNDERSTAND IF SHE JUST LEFT...BUT THIS NEW GIRL HAS TO BASICALLY BE LEFT -EYE..THERE'S NO CHANGING THE "L" IN TLC...YOU'RE JUST RECREATING THAT PERSON AND THATS SICK....
Im in shock right now , I mean I wasnt the biggest TLC fan but I like them and I feel as though thats a bit disrespectful to LeftEye, Her place is hard to fill but why would a new member wanna fill it, even if they dont the media will portray them as they are.

"There is no more reality show, the network wanted T-Boz and Chilli to replace Lisa and they refused. I dont think it was ever the intention of T-Boz and Chilli to replace Lisa but the media ran with that idea.
The foundation is doing very well, the community center is right on schedule. The foundation will focus on marketing and fundraising for the rest of this year and throughout 2005.
As of right now the writer is getting ready to turn in the second draft of the script for the movie about Lisa. We are also closing out a deal with VH1 for a documentary which will show Lisa in Honduras. I dont think anything will come out before 2006. We will take our time with this, so our special doesn't come out looking like the Michael Jackson special."
