If you were drafted next year to go to war in Middle East...would you go to war and serve your country or would you refuse to go and face Jail time??
By the way, hurting your ankle or acting crazy won't get you out of being drafted..
commit a white collar crime and go to the same social jail that martha stweart gonna end up at...or get beat up by someone and fail my physical, i already been in a car accident so i can fail a physical if i try real hard....

Thats what I was tellin someone else. If you have been in a legitamit car accident or sumthing and although you are mobile and can move and walk and whatnot...you can easily say that from the car accident you have sufferend permanent minor damages which makes u unable to go to war. Also, if that dont work you can claim you have suffered psychological and mental problems cause the car accidents was an extremely traumatizing situation....and they wont inlist someone with mental issues and/or problems. I dont care what anyone says...if you try hard enough and you aint trying to go to war or to jail...there are some creative ways of getting out of going...
