OH LAWD....
My hair is growing nicely...and I have decided to get some twist/braids upon returning to school....and to have a new look for 19!
Just a way to show I'm maturing, growing, and becoming independent...
Besides...I look kind of good in twist :twisted: :lol:
Anyway....this is a question for male and female...
Females?? Do you look down on a male with braids??? Why or Why not?
Males with Braids? How do you feel with them? Do you feel cheated at work because of them? What grease do you use?
I have braids...had the cornrows since 2000. Never do a line though. It doesn't affect me socially. I have respect because I earn it. Don't let anyone tell you that in order to be respected you have to have a certain hairstyle...if that were true then women would only be wearing the formerly only acceptable hairstyle for them...THE FRENCH ROLL. YOU know when you wrap it so it looks like you got half a **** cheekk on the back of your head. BUt anyway I think that as long as you carry yourself well you shoudn't have to worry about the reprocussions of your hairstyle.

Man if you keep them up, braids are straight. You can't be judged on your maturity by what's on top of your head....well...take that back...yes you can....girls don't look too mature walking around with pink and blue weave...offtopic...anyways...do you babe..cuz can't nobody do it betta!
do something crazy and maybe people will follow YOU, bring back the jerry curl, get a mullet, bring back the dos the temptations and them had, (relax your hair and come it like a white boy) or shave off just the top, or dye it different colors, or get some cut designs, or go bald, or go bald in sections like you got corn rows except the hair isnt braided, try a teenage comb over, start rocking shirley temple curls or get a perm, perm one side and braid the other, braid just the top and shave off the sides, if you do something tight, i'll hook you up and get a bunch of people to do it, start wearing baseball shirts with one 3/4 sleeve, wear pants but cut off one of the legs so its like shorts and pants, cut the crotch out of a pair of pants and sew pretty fabric there, bring back overalls jumpsuits and those things babies wear that have the legs closed up like a built in shoe, in fact, get overalls like that, buy two shirts and then cut them up, and then sew them back together with each others pieces, and make sure you have different fabrics too, and make the stitching of the shirts say EJ that would be tight, and cut up shirts with different words on them and make funny sayings, in fact, learn to sew and then make your own clothes after trips to the fabric store, and you could sell your designs too, and start wearing those over the head sunglasses........... but befoer you do any of these things, make sure you get a girl that will accept you no matter what, because doing any of these things, you probably will be avoided for a while... or, you might become the most popular dude on the planet, alright scratch the puzzle shirt idea, i wanna try that Sh*t instead ahahaha that would be tight, is anybody actually reading all of this? i think junior year im going to come to school with a jerry curl and see what happens WAIT I HAVE THE PERFECT IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! most people get fades that go from the top of their head back... it is 2004! you should get a fade FROM THE SIDE! to the other side! that ish would be hot for real im not even lying, that could be the new style, call it like the crescent moon or something, i dont think anybody has ever thought of that, having one side of your head with hair and it slowly fades to bald in an elliptical motion to the side of your head, dude that ish is hot y'all probably think im joking around but that ish could be tight for real, esp if you **** your hat to the side, and you have one side all nice and edged up and the other side is bald, people will either think you are tight, insane, or you just had brain surgery, but hey i think it would be tight, maybe that is just me, but its different damn this was a long **** post about nothing
