A man gets a female pregnant and the female quickly takes the man to court and he is ordered to pay child support. Several years later his daughter tells him that he is not her Biological father and he gets a DNA test with the girl and the results say that he was not the father..
Should that man be entitled to his money back from all the child support that he has paid??

When you take someone to court for child support, you take a free DNA test unless there is no possible doubt that the child is yours, OR unless you accept the child as your own (that way you assume the role of the biological father so you end up paying child support regardless). Either way, I don't think he should get the money back. :arrow:1Fine_Iota wrote:A man gets a female pregnant and the female quickly takes the man to court and he is ordered to pay child support.
