Yeah i saw this earlier in my boss's emails (He's a kappa). Kinda crazy but playboy does ahve a point. I'd be salty if somebody used my copyrighted logo for their own promotion. Its unfortunate that it had to be KAPsi tho. Whats next.... Chiquita suing alphas...? :?
yeah cosigns..i mean im not in an org or anything but kappas know that if it was the other way around and they came up with the bunny first they would be suing playboy in a heatbeat......they shouldve gotten permission first, plain and simple, because that's just dishonorable to steal someone's main symbol they use for business...
Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, has not "Stolen" any playboy logo's. It is NOT recognized as any official symbol of ours. Now, there HAS been a big misuse of it by undergrad chapters,etc but thats the same thing when girls go out and get the bunny airbrushed on their baby tees, or on their license plates. I just read that letter. It was interesting. So just for my understanding...yall can use a bunny if you like....but like u said it cant have the bowtie, and basically it cant be an exact replica of Playboy's bunny???
