There's plenty of people who were born one place but moved some where else when they got to High School especially in a city like L.A. where many people move to, so it is believable that Latrell is from Millwaukee but moved to LA. I know the Crips originated at that High School because I did a research paper on Bloods & Crips and found out Washington High School in South Central Los Angeles was the location crips originated.
