Do yall try to eat right or do yall **** everything in sight. I say this because i just decided to stop playing football going into my second year of school and so I wanted to drop from 250 to about 215 to 220. the thing it is hard to try to eat right when every one is around you tearing fried foods among others all up.
i'm a HEALTH NUT...i may eat a lot...but when i eat it ain't nothing unhealthy except for skittles...i eat a lot of fresh and raw veggies and fruits...meat is always on the grill or baked....rarely fried! i don't eat regular potatoe chips...it's Baked Lay's or Bust for me!

i tend to get full...i do eat soul food...ain't nothing like some collards

but uhh....I USUALLY eat healthy I weigh 175 and I don't run my 3 miles a day anymore because I get all of the damn exercise I need at band practice...which I eat a honey bun afterwards :lol: ...
