Not just holla-ing Posted on 08-19-2004

Aight fellaz, help a brotha out here. I'm from NJ, and yall women down here (looking all good and everything) have brought me to a problem. Most of the women at these hbcu's are used to getting holla-ed at left & right, so how would you let a girl know that you're REALLY interested in her, and not just trying to holla at her like the rest of the guys, before she blows you off as just another guy holla-ing at her for her number?

Well I have never tried starting a conversation with either of those, but I think it's just the way that some guys learned how to "get a girl's attention" whether it be from the tv or just the atmospheres that they've found themselves in, in life. But thanx for the input.

Step to a girl on the courtesy level. Step to her like you're really tryna get to know her and not just tryna get a ****.
