well I never kissed no girl on the forehead....maybe the cheek...and I really couldnt tell you what I felt then.
If im hugged up with a girl.. i will give her a peck on the lips to show my affection..and I would give a full kiss with tounge or whatever to show im really feeling her..and the kiss to the neck..is to steam things up or just to get a reaction 8)
