The Autobiography of Malcolm X Posted on 10-29-2004
HoopQueen88

During the summer I had a required reading thing, for English, and one of the choices of books was Malcolm X's autobiography. After I read that book I had a completely different intake in the way I saw my race and white people. I even had a different intake in the way I saw Malcolm X himself. I think eveyone should read it and get their input on it, I thought it was one of the greatest books I ever read. For some weird reason I could easily relate with it, the reality was too real. Anywayz I'm done, I just wanted to see if you guys have read the book, and what you guys thought about it. Also do you think racism is still apparent today? If you haven't read the book, then you should.

I haven't read it yet. I'm in the middle of reading To **** a Black Man. It's such a great book. I'll make sure I read that one next.
