Greeks and non greeks when you hear another organization diss another org during a probate. How do you take it? Greeks... Do you laugh it off and take it was entertainment? Is it offensvie when another group publicly disses your organization? Do you decide to retaliate and diss them in a future show? have you ever wanted to duke it out with the org that disrespected your org?? NonGreeks... How do you feel as a spectactor? Do you feel as if the two groups are immature? Does it make the Greek Scene more exicting?

The roasting was banned, when the AKAs came out one year and looked at the Deltas in the crowd and started shouting : "Look at all these MYRAS!" Most greeks and non-greeks had no idea what they were talking about but the Alphas and Ques, BUSTED out laughing. The Deltas were pretty hot about that.
Damn..thats stupid..lol I'm **** about that cause I'm planning on transferring there.. So the Greeks have to keep it clean, at all times??

You can chant of course, but just not during your probate. And you can't curse during probate, which I never understood why people do curse during probate. Mothers and Fathers are there, and we usually have chairs for them up front, during the show. Well, you can roast in stepshows, all you want. But that's not really a part of the greek tradition here. This is one of the few campuses I've been to where the fraternities get along pretty well. Especially the Alphas and Ques. That's unusual and is even a far cry from back in the day. I'm not sure about the sororities, since we're suffering from an AKA drought.

I thought Central had AKA's..... :?: Oh well, at A&T I think all the Greeks can cooperate together. I think it is when stepshows come along, people be getting upset with each other because someone would have thought they won the show and they dont and then people get mad. But they get over it. I hope they do..... At probates, they cuss, sing chants. I was thinking that they were going to put down some more rules but they havent yet.

lol..I wondering what's on and off limits... You can chant but not at your probate. You can roast in stepshows but not at the probate. It sounds pretty tame at NCCU.. Are the AKA's kicked off?? During Homecoming I saw a lot of ladies taking pics at their plot.

They have. They just won't tell you until an event takes place....And aggieland has alot of unwritten rules. Aggiefest after probate couldn't have no roasting at all. Actually.....post-probate time was crazy because of the roasting we did. But it was all in fun.....only the Alphas kept it that. Everybody else took it to heart pretty bad..

Well it always happens at Step Shows...Its always funny to me as just a spectator. At the Greek Step show during homecoming...I know the AKA's were HIGHLY offended by what the Delta's did in regards to them when the Delta's basically blew up their spot. Iwont repeat what was done, but yead..it had the lady's of Alpha Kappa Alpha feeling this small.

Well when people attempt to make fun of us we usually just laugh at them and skee-wee at them it really doesnt bother us. At my school we are allowed to diss other greeks in our probates and stepshows. I know that we as well as some other orgs made fun of other orgs without saying their names cause 9 times out of 10 people will know what group your talking about anyway. However thus far everyone has had respect for each other and hasnt really said anything nasty or offensive that would make people wanna fight each other, its just all in fun.

Some greeks on our campus do the whole dissing thing, but its not that serious. No one ever goes below the belt or hit on personal stuff. I find it funny too...then again I find almost everything about greek life at Howard funny.
