What school has a good electrical/mech engineering program? Posted on 02-08-2004
In Rod We Trust

I have been planning on going to FAMU for the past month or so, I want to know which of the HBCU's have good engineering programs. I know that the program at FAMU is pretty good, but I also heard that Tallahasse is very slow. I want to go to a good school, but I don't want to be in the middle of nowhere.

A&T hands down for any type of engineering..... if you are looking for a job before you get out of school and when you get out you want a money A&T is the best bet........ unlike other schools we are great by ourselves in engineering and technology.....

Prairie View A&M University located in Prairie View, Texas produces productive Engineers of all sorts. Prairie View A&M is known for its world class engineers. You may view the PVAMU website and see what it has to offer for you. Also we are an accreditated college of engineering and has several companies that are in partnership with us. So check it out! Good Luck! www.pvamu.edu
