I saw this on another site and it serves as a tool of self reflection when all is said and done. This, is for the people who frequently come to HBCU and comment to get to know one another and also ourselves. Here's how it's done:
Post the name of an HBCU poster, and then give one positive and one negative attribute about the person.
ex.
Riley
Positive - makes good posts
Negative - never goes into detail
That was just an example but obviously you can go deeper or you can keep it that simple.

Positive: She's cool as hell. I think it's cool as hell that she's in to music soo much, and she's about her business. I like smart, beautiful, focused sistas.
Negative: has a problem trusting people.
