What do you do when the person you loved for four years, and counting, decides that they need to take a break? :?
If he already has his mind made up, then you have to let him go or else he'll feel like he's just doin you a favor by stayin with you.
Maybe the break will make both of you realize just how much you really love each other or maybe it could show you that you are better off apart.

I agree with everyone. In the mean time, use this time to focus on yourself. Everyone needs some time by theirself to reevaluate things. Know that if he comes back, not only will he know what he really wants, but you will also have grown and become a better person during your time apart. If he doesn't come back then appreciate the relationship for what it was and how it influenced you for that part of you life.
