I run the 400, half mile and the 4x4....plus I do cross country 4 my school too. My Best times are as follows 400/47 half mile/1:50 mile/4:20 ok what about you? who do you run 4 and what's your events

Well as of now i'm finishing up my senior year at Hammond but next year I'll be runnin for Bowie State University! i run the 100 in a 12.3 the 200 i run a 25-94 in the 400 i run a 58.54 on a relay i can possibly run a 57. wow i give you props cuz i know for a fact i couldn't run cross country! it's hard. good luck this season. next year you might possibly see me.

ok that's cool yeah I know pretty much everyone on Bowie State's team! I have quite a few friends up there. we race Bowie Just about every meet since we're in the same conference.. You have somw pretty good times you should do real well...holla back
