i got accepted to both Morgan and South Carolina State, both good track teams, and both just seem fit for me but i really cant figure out what school i wanna go to and i need to hurry up and make a decision.

Wow, the neighborhood around Howard really is not that bad, people who've enver been to a big urban city are always exaggeratin. And if somebody got **** during homecoming, I doubt it was because they were from DC, most people who are at Howard for homecoming aren't from DC.
But on the topic at hand, I say make a list of pros and cons( including location, financial aid, etc.) for each school. Which ever has more pros for you that's probably where you should go.

Everything i've said is real talk. And plus i'm from a big city myself so that ain't why i'm saying that. Them niggz on Georgia Ave is grimey, str8 up. I was at howard homecoming and the supervisor lady told me and everybody that was in drew hall not to go back out on Georgia ave b/c nigz had just been **** b/c they weren't from d.c. I myself even seen niggahs asking ppl was they from d.c. or not. And on top of that, niggahs get robbed outside of the Howard China ALL the time. Howard's area is not all peaches and cream...

Because I'm on Georgia Ave all the time when I'm home, I live off of there and I've never had a problem besides old men and drunks harassing me. And I don't think it's just because I'm a girl, cause I know plenty of dudes who've never had a problem either.
Girl, ignore all these ignant **** thats NOT HELPING your situation. I think one intelligent person said check out the program in which you plan to major at both schools. So lets say you're a bio major and one school barely has a lab or no type of tutoring or clubs in that area...ya don't want to go there. Choose the school that is your BEST FIT...even if the finacial aid isn't as good as the other. Because thats when you write the "I want to go here but my moms is gonna send me to this other school cause they givin up more $$$" letter to financial aide at your best fit school. Explain why you'd prefer to go there ( I really like your business program) and more than likely they'll give up some extra cheese. Trust me...I've done it...
