I believe the difference between arrogance and confidence is, one (arrogance): knowing you're the ****and letting everybody and their mama know two (confidence): knowing you're the shyt, but treating your talent/gift with humility
There it is....but I think it is ok to have a healthy medium of the both.

Confidence: Not really needing to say anything cause it's just shows. It's in your aura(sp?); Having faith; humble wit it though. Arrogance: Words and actions usually qualify under this category. Feeling the need to display or using something material cause you insecure about other things about yourself; disrespectful and feeling highly superior when in actuality you're still human. I think these people have deeper problems so I try and understand.

Just like everybody else said. Arrogance has to do with a person's actions. Talking about how great they are and just basically thinking that they are more superior than other people A confident person doesn't have to restate facts. A confident person is humble, secure, and laid back with what they got. They don't have to say nothin and when somebody says different they not offended because they know the facts.

So basically the same person can be perceived as both arrogant and confident. Because in the end it boils down to perception.

HmMm this is my personal opinion so please dont get offended =/ ... I am a very confident person especially when it comes to school and stuff like that but when I know someone doesnt like me and they're "hatin on me" I intentionally come off arrogant for the reason that I know I am better than them ( I know it is somewhat bias ) ... but when their attitudes towards me are stanK and waCk its hard for me not to acome across arrogant ... But I dont know I think I am a pretty nice person until someone upsets me :-)
