Lakers are gonna go on a hellafied win streak as soon as the playoffs start. If they can get past Minnesota and Sacramento, it's all good because the east really can't do much with the west. The only really good big man they have is Ben Wallace. Sacramento has a damn good offense. Dallas is decent, Minnesota is good, but if the Lakers can get 100% healthy, they're deadly. Anyone who thinks otherwise has their heads up their ****.

Well I'm a diehard Pistons fan so of course I'm rooting for them to go all the way in the East. Pacers & the Nets(hate them with a passion) could also come out of the East. As far as the Western Conference goes, you can't bet against four of the best players to ever play the game. The Lakers have to be the favorite to go to the Finals, followed by the T-Wolves.

The T-wolves took the first place spot in the west last nite...so the top 3 in the west are Minnesota, Sacramento, and L.A.

I think the Lakers are going to do the same thing they did last year. I think that they will have a good run, but run into one of the best teams and get stopped. I think that Minnesota could hang with the Lakers, and probably get rid of them. The top 4 teams will be Sacramento, Minnesota, SA, and Lakers. If they stay in their current standings, Lakers and Minnesota will meet in the Semi-finals. That will be a good series. Detriot and Indiana are some monsters right now. I think that they are the only 2 teams that can make some noise against the West. Even though I love Sacramento, they are not doing their thang during crunch time. If Peja doesn't step it up again (because Webber isn't helping much) they will have no chance to beat SA, Lakers, or Minnesota. I think KG has too much determination to let this year slip out his hands. I think that him, Cassel, and Spree will lead them to a championship. The Lakers may have the players to do it, but I don't know if they have the same determination as Minnesota. We'll see.... 8)

So far the Kings are doing exactly what i said...Peja doesn't want the load on his shoulders so it's placed on Webber, and Webber can't handle it anymore... If the Lakers see the Timberwolves in the Semi's that'll be the best thing for the lakers because the wolves aren't physical and can't handle the lakers in 7 games. and it'll dipose of one of the 2 teams that can actually threaten the lakers (Spurs and Kings...and the kings only because of the rivalry) and KG has never dominated in the playoffs so he has to prove he's worthy of the hype
