Well that usually depended on a couple things. For me it all depended on whether I eat in the cafe or not. Like my first semester as a freshman I ate in the cafe for every meal, and by the time I was home for Thanksgiving I dropped like 20 pounds. Back then I was pretty much just eating cereal, chicken, pasta, and rice and drinking nothing but water and OJ. lol, after freshman year though, I went to the cafe for like one meal each day, and I didn't go at all on the weekends. I started eating out a lot and I would eat pretty late too. That was like pizza, Popeyes, Wendy's, and Ramen Noodles. And since I stayed on campus, their weren't any kitchen facilities (Morehouse is whack for that). All I had was a fridge (they're allowed) and a microwave and a hotpot hidden under my bed. You can't do much healthy cooking with that. Now that I'm back at home I'm definitely trying to eat healthier. I pretty much don't mess with red meat, fried foods, pork, pizza or sodas anymore. It's going good so far, however I do take one day of the week to treat myself though.

I ate better at home because I was getting home-cooked meals on the regular, but now I mainly eat fast food. I've never been the type to eat a lot, but now I eat like 1 or 2 meals a day mostly at night when it's the worse for you. They say that you shouldn't eat before you go to sleep cause it will make you gain weight, but I do a lot. I know it must be bad for my health cause I heard that eating a value meal at Mc Donald's is the equivalent of consuming 1600 calories. (Damn all of that for a freakin burger and some fries)

4:30am - Breakfast. Consists of a banana, orange juice and some coffee, or dry whole grain cereal (NO milk), orange juice & coffee. 5 or 6pm: Dinner. Bigger than the other ^^ meals. Usually some green beans, cabbage, baked chicken, mashed potatoes and water. Since I'm usually asleep by 10 or 11pm, and awake by 3am, I refuse to eat after 7pm. My body will BETRAY me the next morning, because working this crazy shift does wierd things to you body....including the digestive system.
Yeah...I hear that for people who are on the go so much, but here is something that you may not know about your diet. Nutritionist say that it is best to eat a big breakfast to boost you for the day and to eat a light to moderate dinner. ( It's better for your digestive system and if you are looking to lose weight it may help to not go to sleep on a full stomache)

it really depends with me, and if im on a diet kick or not.. When im at home, i can usually eat pretty healty cause my family stopped frying foods alot, so its always veggies and baked somthing or another(duck, chicken, fish, rabbit) then we really dont eat alot of red meats and pork. but i only really eat like once at home. When i decide to eat right at school, i go to the gym at 6am, eat breakfast at 7 then lunch between 11 and 1 and then dinner at 7 but i'll eat a omlet for breakfast and chicken salads for lunch and dinner

I eat worse when I'm at home and better when I'm at school. When I'm in school, I try to spend my money carefully. Thus, I mostly end up eating at the cafeteria where it serves more foods that I know I should be eating more often, and being away from home makes me more conscientious of when I should exercise. When I'm at home for a break, however, I'm so used to eating fast foods and dining in at restaurants, because there are so many good places to eat. Plus, I don't follow up on my workout plan as I want to. But I'm trying to change that this summer. So, I tend to lose weight when I'm in school, and I gain it when I'm at home for a break.

Wow, rabbit? Never had that before, is it good? One thing I have had is fried alligator (when I was in a restaurant on Bourbon Street in NO), it's crazy cause it really does taste like chicken, like a little spicy chicken nuggets...
