Alright, here it is:
Do you have a tatoo or a piercing?
How Many?
Describe your tat.
Do NOT describe your piercing (thanks-wink).
I want to know because a few of my Summer College Interns have them and I think/belive that I should not be able to see them in my professional workplace. I gotta say my black interns may have them but I don't see them. I am treading lightly cause I don't want no reverse discrimination allegations put on me by my white interns. Legal and Personnel think I am being challanged by them. They done did some other foul stuff. It's just a matter of time...
Anyway...
Add what age you were. I know legal age and all that but somehow ya'll get that ink...
This is on my left bicep:
This is on my right bicep:
I have an interlocking U and T on my right shoulder, and an A Phi A on my left shoulder. . .
None can be seen while I'm at work.
I didnt kno you were an Alpha... and wassup wit the Transformers logo
I got 2 tats on each of my forearms...
On my left forearm: The 2 Gemini faces with gemini under it...
On my right forearm: A cross with a black jesus on it, and it says "Only God Can Judge Me" on around it...
Thanks for sharing. Ya'll put thought into yo stuff. I like that.
Well, just got out of a meetin w/ legal and they sayin that the personnel manual is not clear on this. I say professional is professional and un-professional is un-professional...
I am hoping like heck that they accidentially take home one of my paper clips. Legal says..."that-ill-work".
On tatoo's, my son's first tat was of my name. I was so shocked and flattered. He was like "mom's we might fight at times but you my BEST friend."
All my "mother-of-teens" friends were up in arms cause all the kids, this time last year was gettin inked. I was all silent which is unusual. My girlfriend called me out on bein quiet. I confessed that I saw nothing wrong with it so long as it did not interfer with my son's future professional life...I told them besides, his first tatoo was one of my name.
Most mom's said "awww...that is SO sweet..." A couple of mom's said that that tat was straight GHETTO! (hate-er's)
I had to buy that round of drinks for holdin out.
Carry on...I am gettin some ideas... 8)
I have 2 tats...1 is of a Black Panther...i got that one because of my brother who has a similar tat on his right bicep where mine is on my left bicep...and i got another tat of my mothers name who passed away about 2 yrs ago that one is on my right arm bicep...i want to finish that one with some prayer hands or angel wings
I have my tongue pierced. And I have a tat of an ankh on my inner right ankle. You can't see it unless I'm wearing a skirt, and my stockings usually hide it when I went to work. Plus, I just put in a retainer for my tongue when I was at work too.
I have 2 tat's.....
1) On my right arm. It's Kanji letters that mean warrior. I got that because I dislocated my right should while playing in a basketball game. It was stuck outta place for like 45 minutes until I went to the hospital and they had to give me a shot so they could slide it back in. I was suppose to be out for 7 weeks but I came back in 2 weeks...shoulder still swollen and everything and played my **** off....my coach called me a warrior cuz I always played through my injuries. Plus thats how I go through life..never giving up...always putting up a fight....
Now because of me playing through my injuries I can no longer lift my right arm all the way up..to an over hand toss of a ball or sleep on it. And if you look at me real close u can see my shoulder kinda slumps down
2). I have " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" tat'ed on my left shoulder blade on like a bible scrobe or whatever...its pretty nice I always wanted that scripture on me because it's the one I really try to live by...
I'm getting maybe one more on my lower back and on my ankle I want like a trible thingy with my momma name in it
