Of course different dudes have diferent preferences. I wanna know how yall guys feel about this.Would you perfer a girl who mostly wore sneakers (i.e. Jordan's)or a female who rocks heels and open toes. I personally am versatile.I got my days where I'll trhow on some J's and chill with the ****. but then I got my days where I'll throw on some heels and STILL kick it with the ****.

A Tux, and some uptowns... The sad thing is I've actually seen this, on several occasions. I just think the shoes should match the outfit and the occasion. Fellas, if you need to coordinate with a flashy suit, try Stacy Adams. Ladies, nothing wrong with tennis shoes, just not with a formal dress. My $0.02
I'm with you on this Neo. If I see one dude at prom with a tux and some dunks, I'm cuttin' them up on the spot. You just don't do it. You want to be classy? Well, look the part.

Most people would probably assume that I would say, I rock J's everyday... blah blah blah, but thats far from the case. Im 16, still in highschool, go to church, represented many juveniles at the juvenile courthouse, and participated in a week long mock trial competion. Also if you dont know I go to a law-based highschool, we have guest speakers show up [[occasionally]], we attend college fairs, and every wednesday we attend mentoring at Mc. George Law school. So I have a vast collection of footwear. Maintaing all of my shoes is a definite MUST, and my clothing style is versatile. I have no preference. I view walking in heels as walking in Jordans, they serve the same purpose but for very different occasions. When I participate in Mock trial I make sure I fit the character Im portraying. This year I was a key witness [[a movie star]], and I fit the part wearing heels everyday of the competition. I wore heels and a very professional vest, or jacket, over a white collard shirt, or a colorful appropriate shirt with dress pants. Thats how I am on all of the days we have the above listed events. Even during a regular week of school I will feel like wearing heels so I wear heels 2-3 times out of the week, and on the other day Im either rockin' my J's or some crisp new vans. I think shoes show no sense in maturity, just personal preference.

^^I agree. In all actuality I could be the spokesperson for Converse and Skechers sneakers. I wear those sneakers that much. One: They're muy comfortable and two: I'm an active female, so you will almost never catch me in 'girly' shoes. However, given the occasion, I dress to ****. Even though clothing make a great impression on a person's persona, it shouldn't speak wholeheartedly for them.
