It's my project. I'm moving up to 125 and have put on a nice amount of weight already, however, I'm not too intelligent on the whole protein/proper weight gain thing.
Someone educate me be it they have the time.
The coach we have at our school played at Alabama back in the early 90's and used to have us do floor exercises at 7:00 every morning during school...that shat was crazy.
Correction. That is my fighting weight.
If you've ever seen me at weigh ins, I look like a cancer patient. My walk around weight right now is about 133. If I fight at 125, that means I'd probably walk around at about 140, and burn 15 pounds to fight night.
I never heard of that really killin nobody, but I do know of people who pass out and junk because they don't drink water while takin it. And seeing that it retains water you have to drink constantly while takin it.

He said there is only one true way to gain weight is to eat 6 meals a day; atleast 3 meals EVERY hour. He also said he **** a lot of protein shakes...
This is VERY hard to do..I did it for 2 weeks and gained 10 pounds..I stopped because its expensive especially if other people in the house eats up your food..:???:
