Those are a few of the phrases I have heard from time to time from people who are ANTI-GREEK...

I haven't heard anyone say that but I did come across this website that was talking about how being part of a GLO isn't Godly or something like that I was like :???:

Of course I don't believe it because no man on the internet can tell someone that God said don't go Greek, if they have a personal relationship with God then he will tell them himself if he had a problem with GLOs...lol
One of my close friends said that to me one day while we were walking past a plot.... She is really into her religion now and it seems that she has turned her life over to God seriously.... I had never thought of it before she said it but I feel the same way that you do....if they have a personal relationship with God then I feel there is no way a organization or anything else is gonna get in between that. I guess it depends on the person. I've been to that site it seemed like a bunch of BS that somebody pulled from the rear end to me.
These are some that I have heard.

1. Although those orgs emphasize leadership, the whole process is in a "follower" mentality.. contradiction!!!
2. Why pay for friends when I have to pay for school?
3. A fraternity/sorority will NOT help me pass my classes or graduate, no matter how much they emphasize time management.

Well that one is actually tru cause too many people be like " oh i wanna pledge to help make a difference in the community blah blah blah. " Anybody can make a difference by just doing their part to make a difference. You dont have to belong to ANY organization to do that.
