Their producer JayDee to the Ummah is still around making music for other cats in the NeoSoul / Black HipHop circuit (common, kweli, roots, etc).
Monica - I think the music industry was just too much for her in light of stuff going on in her personal life. She's prolly gonna kick it for a lil bit and the come out with some hits out of the blue. She needs to. She always made good music

Cats in his niche of music usually fade out fro various reasons usualyl because there is always somebody "newer and better" who's similar to them out... Carl Thomas, Jimmy Cozier, Glenn Lewis, Jaheim, etc...
