Organization fair.... questions????? Posted on 09-02-2005

What are some questions to ask (if any) greeks during an organization fair. At this time the person has done research and is already involved in activities, and has done some forms of community service. During an organization fair all the organizations on the school such as SGA, Greeks, NAACP, and there are many more. From what I hear and I have reason to believe that this is a time for people to express interest and I could be wrong. I'm just wondering if there are questions that should or should not be asked. And also what are some questions to ask? Disclaimer: This thread is in no way intended to offend anybody. So please respond respectfully. Thankyou

^^^ I have taken steps in the past that have changed me and my personality. I think everything a person does has an effect on them.... But regardless of anything I join whether it's a sorority, a church, a school. I will always be me. Not saying that things about me won't change but there is a reason for everything.... I don't look past nothing, nor do I put anything past anybody. as far as I am concerned the divine nine are all non-pledging, non-hazing organizations. The process that most people go thru seperates the men from the boys. And the people that truly love their organization, from the tee-shirt wearers. Some people just don't have the mentality to do research so what makes you think that they should be allowed to join something of which they know nothing about. I mean how would you feel if you were in a class and all of the students were given a homework assignment to look up a person and answer ten questions. and out of 25 students you are the only one to do your research and answer your ten questions. And ten minutes before class all these students come upto you to get the answers that you worked so hard for.... the same research you stayed up three hours to find in books and on the internet. i dunno about you but that would **** me off. Thats why greeks work so hard to protect their organization and to make sure that nobody cheats* Well thats how I look at it. Now whether they have went through pledging, hazing, initiation or whatever else they do it's very important to them obviously and they have the right to protect whats close to them. I understand how you feel but maybe you should try looking at things from their point of view. Thats what I did and it changed alot of my views on how I was thinking. I like you change because you always say whats on your mind and you don't give a damn about anything.... however sometimes I feel as if you are a little crazy. Not to mention you be having me rolling on the floor at times. I don't know whats gonna happen to me in the future I'm just gonna continue to live for tomorrow. I'm gonna strive for the things that I want and I'm gonna continue to be me until I find something wrong with me that I would like to change. I hope this didn't offend anybody... it was truly unintentional.
