You couldn't have said it better, women these days are afraid of a good man. They freeze up when he does something that should be cherished. In this world people in general live in the past, which destroys moral in relationships? Women want to compare the good man to the bad man but don't want to step out of their comfort zone. Then when the woman recognizes that she passed up a good man now she takes it out everybody else claiming to be a mad black woman. Women take your guards down, open your hearts, know what love is and who love is and then you just might have enough to keep that good man.

Hmm, it all starts w/ da individual...right down to 1) how you treat/feel about yourself...2) who you pick as a lover...3) how you treat that lover...and 4) how you allow yourself to be treated. If there's a negative in any of those cases, it won't work. Especially w/ da 1st one.
On marriage - like CP said, yeah, people have gone buckwild w/ marriage. Taken it for granted. Divorce has become so common that it's like the norm now, which is sad. But either way, the best thing is just to worry bout your own individual relationship and not let others' flaws determine your own. Marriage is an uphill battle til death do you part...
