Most of us go to church when we are younger but as you get older you tend to stray away...When you moved/move on to college do you still or plan to still go to church. How important is church in your college life?
whenever i am home in Saint Louis, i go to Agapa Seventh-day Adventist Church.... my mother has gotten very religious over the past sven years, and that's great.
now that i am back in Huntsville, AL i go on occasion. Huntsville has a very large S.D.A. population, and the churches are huge. i'm used to smaller more personable churches, so me being uncomfortable in the huge church setting coupled with my laziness has slowed my attendance... but i go like one saturday each month
Hmm, I usually go when I'm home. My family goes on avg at least 3 out of the 4 sundays in a month unless something is going on then they might go more or less. And if they miss it, they usually make it up. I'm usually a part of that.
When I got to college, I sorta stopped going cuz I'm out in the boonies & other reasons. Laziness did creep up & what not. Now, when on campus, I usually only attend religious based performances, shows, activities held on campus. Outside of that...I don't see the inside of a church too often.
Sometimes i go to a evening service that is geared towards college students at a nearby church (shout out to Reid Temple AME!).
I'm in an organization that is involved with chapel services on campus tho, so it's sort of my duty to go. But even if it wasn't, i'd still try to be there. I was raised in the church, so life just wouldn't seem right without it.
I won't lie tho, sometimes i do have some lazy Sunday mornings and miss chapel. But when i do, i just turn to my little gospel radio channel and have my own church.
I like your message about don't remove the kinks from your head remove it from your brain. that was deep.
