ALL men love long hair! it doesn't matter what type wither, as long as it's long! yall have unique hair! there's nothing like touching that soft cotton black hair! especially when it's long! it's so soft and comforting! it doesn't feel like dog hair like other races! please stop cutting yalls hair! are you ashamed of it or soemthing!!??? i love it! you can do so much with it...braid it....afro puffs, straiten...whatever....
i just relised today that so many balck women loose thier beuaty because they have no hair because they keep cutting it off....grow it long my sista! love that hair...

i cut my hair OFF last summer, only because for years i'd always kept my hair relaxed.... it was always done yadda ya, i loved doing my hair and getting it done. however, i noticed that after the years of chemical abuse, i'd lost my naturally thick hair... so i cut it off and went natural, i love my hair now.... i DO however wish it would grow faster, but the time will come, now i just press it if i want it to be straight, before i cut my hair it's length was a bit past my shoulders.... now in ten months, it's almost back to it's length when i press it... so i plan to keep it natural for a few more years.... it should be helllllllllla long
but i love my hair in it's various forms

My hair was shoulder length before I cut it but it was waaayyyyyy tooo much matinance to keep it lookin good. I mean I am naturally **** and it took alot out of me to be relaxing once a month. And I am the type that wont come out the house lokin any ol type of way, so I had to do my hair err mornin' and that took time. Not to imply that locks don't take matinance, cause it does, but not errday matinance.
But I think it is a tru test of beauty to cut yo hair sistas. I mean alot of these women that go around talkin bout "I know I'm a Dime/ Dubb" have fake hair, fake nails, and who know what else. But if you truly are a dime wit hair, then you should still be a dime without it! Like Me.....J/K
LOL, it just irritates the hell out of me when a black women cuts her hair real short...but then does NOTHING to it. Its fine to cut ur hair...but keep it styled and looking nice.
true. When I had to get my hair chopped off last year (becuz of a relaxer/color fiasco, DAMN CHEMICALS) like that Fantasia cut in dude's sig, I made sure I went and got my hair done every other week. Short cuts can be sharp if they are done right.
But no more cutting for me, unless it's a trim.
I went through that too!!! but I cut my hair last year cause I was tired of having long hair and it took too much to do it. now my hair is short and I'm growing it out cause i'm tired of getting shape ups. but please believe the hair be looking nice. sometimes, we just want some change in our lives.

Natural Hair is wonderful!!! Their is nothing like it, and as long as you take care of your hair is is managable and beautiful. Ive seen my share of jacked up relaxed heads and natural heads; its all about caring for it. Guys love my natural hair and cant stop touching it, because its me and great. As for cutting hair short, ive seen women rock wonderful short crops but i agree with the point of why cut hair just to put weave in it to make it "long"; that makes no sense.

Im like a chameleon I change my hair as often as the weather changes...senior year shoulder length sun comes out and CHOPPED it into a bob, got even hotter and I got a cut pixie cut and I still have that. Chicks **** me bein deathly afraid to cut their hair...its **** CELLS ANYWAY! I like the shorter doo bcuz it makes me look more mature, but you cant tell someone keep their hair a certain way bcuz SOMEBODY else likes it...its how YOU wanna look, some people dont even look right with long hair, and I know PLENTY of guys who like short cuts.
