They need an innovative producer to give them a new "CMR" sound.
There are only a few producers that have their own "sound"...The Neptunes, Dr. Dre, Mannie Fresh, Timbaland, RZA, Swizz Beatz, Beats By The Pound(No Limit) & The Alchemist
T-Pain is refining his sound right now, so I'd give him a lil more time before I put him on that list.

Ehhhh Darkchild is a great producer but I don't he has a "sound". (Going to wiki him for production credits...court is in recess)
