Hello everyone I know I havent been on here in a long time. I also got a package from Spelman. Nothing super special. Alot of info, 3d modle of the AUC, and Spelman banner (whoo hoo), and some other stuff. Does anyone know if they accpted yet!??!(i know its early...lol but u nvr know) and if not did anyone submit their app. I want Spelman sooo bad and I so nervous. Sorry 4 rambling.

u got a banner and a 3d model? I just got a paper application and a viewbook. I haven't even submitted my app yet, but I plan on it as soon as I get my transcript

Hey...its been going good...kind of hectic due to homecoming being this week lol
and i am so glad that spelman's application isn't due until later in the year
but how has your senior year been so far?
homecoming week was week before last but i didnt go to the dance or game (my school is kinda lame, no really lame) but um yeah its been good except my english class i think i have like a C or D and report cards get printed out on wednesday ...but i went to Dillard U today and i must say it wasnt all that i've pasted by the campus millions of times but since i visited it, it wasnt anything to it, i really like the physics program but um yeah its what i expected, im still gonna apply though
oh my homecoming is next week and I am too excited spirit week is going to be fun and of course the game and the dance are going to be hype. Maybe it will help relieve some stress from classes and college apps.

exactly but the school has like so much endowment, so they fund their students like, a lot lol plus the classes are on average about 20 students which is good for one on one instruction incase i need it
English 4 gifted....i've hated english since i was in the 4th grade, but they put me in an accelerated class....even tho i hate it i still wanna pass, its like sooo hard to miss that class cuz my teacher gives notes but that doesnt really help you on the test she talks a whole lot, so when im not there i just get someone to record it then i listen to it with my head phones and jot down notes, which is an advantage cuz i can play it over and over again lol...im gonna use that idea in college for those looooong lectures lol

Wait it wasnt like a 3d modle that you could like hold in your hand. it was like a layout of the campus on paper that was like a 3d computerixed thing...Nope I'm not that secial to get a mini replica of spelman's campus. I gave my stuff to my counselor to send off today and she said she will be mailing it byt the end of the week. So by Christmas I will know if i am eligible to be a spelmanite or not
I hope we both get in. I am almost finished I'm getting my transcript and letter of rec. tommorow my counselor said and I just need a conclusion for my Spelman essay.
