okay, i know we have had a job at one point in time, and if so, name some things that someone (customer, co-worker) has done to aggravate you or has done some pretty stupid sh*t.... and if you want name some dumb things you have done....
i was tellin my girl about the three dumbest things that have happened to me on the job...
1. when you're at the register, and your light is on, and people ask "are you open"
2. when a regular customer comes in looking for the special, knowin that all the discounts come off at the end, still ask if there discounts came off.... look on the damn receipt
3. my first night on the register i was $30 short i felt like an **** that night, but they was easy on me... (they're not easy on these new cashiers, they mess up, and they're gone)

errrr i work un retail so most of the things that the customers do is annoying...but my number one pet peeve is when people dont put thier money in my hand....they put it on the friggin counter :x
they do that all the time at my store... and then get mad when you do it right back at them... put in my hand, and i'll put it in yours... ****... :evil:
ooohhhh especially when they throw the credit cards at u...sheeeit i throwm dem bytches right back at em :wink:
how about when customers ask what time the store is closing after i just made an announcement saying that we are closing in 15 min twice.
or when they drop an item on the floor, look at you, then walk away, waiting for you to pick it up ("cuz its suppose to be ur job" :twisted: :twisted: )
At Farm Fresh we never closed :evil: -but when it was time for me to be off and i was still on the register, i would turn my light off and still have to listen to "Are u still open?"....i wouldnt say nothin...jus take my till out the drawer...hopefully they got the point
Oh yes i have encountered the most stupid people at work-I use to work at this grocery store called Farm Fresh (Food Lion's competitor in my area) and even though the job and customers were sh!t-the people who i worked with made it fun:
1.) One day a lady comes to my register and asks me.....(get ready ya'll) "DO YOU GUYS SELL LEMONS?".....i know i was jus standing there looking at her for like 5 minutes thinking "Is this woman serious?'.....I was like yea, this is FARM FRESH....she was like ok can u ring me up for two of them...then she come back and try to start stuff talkin bout i aint ring her up for the right kind of lemons
2.) Im walking back from my break.....in my very **** green and black Farm Fresh uniform, name tag and all.....and this man comes to me and asks me..."Excuse me, do u work here?"-->i should have said "NO, this is just one of my favorite outfits and i wear a Farm Fresh name tag cuz its pretty" :roll:
3.) I hated when people brought me produce items and if i didnt know what the hell it was, i would ask the customer....and they would be like "Uhhh...i dont know, but i think its on sale"-NEGROES i dont need the sale price....i need to know what the hell that is so i can type in the code-and then they get angry if the price doesnt seem "right".
5.) Im at the register that says 10 ITEMS OR LESS and CASH ONLY-these dumba$$ people gonna make me ring up all they sh!t, and then be like "Oh this is cash only?".....Im like yea, the sign is right there-they be like Oh i thought it was for the other register...and then they get mad at me
7.) OOOO I hate WIC Checks and EBT Cards (Food Stamps)-especially when negroes want YOU to tell them how much they have on they card before they buy somethin......Or they dont have enough and they hold ur line up takin off addin stuff on....or when i be like u owe me 3 cents-they bout to blow my head off-its for the damn coupons-or when they come up there wit steamed crabs or shrimp and i tell them they cant buy that wit the card-they be gettin attitudes and ish-i jus be laughin...and WIC jus take too damn long-this one lady came to me wit like 5 WIC checks....i aint have no line left after her... 8)

Some dumb things
1. I would be at register 1, and that is the customers favorite line. I would have like 3 or 4 people in my line waiting, and we would have like 2 other registers open and they would wait till I said someone else is open until they moved
2. Register 3 and 4 were the only ones open, some people would go stand at register 1, and wait like a dumb ****
3. I seen some people complain that 10 cents didn't come off there total. I was like u would rather wait 10 minutes to get 10 cents then leave and count it as a loss
SMH I came across the dumbest things
Oh yeah, and with the WIC, some people would get the products that were not even WIC products. And they had a pamplet with pictures showing them which products they could get. Then when u said they couldn't get that specific product ,they would argue u down until a manager came and told them they couldn't get it. Then they would say "well Publix let me get this product". I am thinking this is Ingles Grocery Store, not Publix
I ALSO HATE IT WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED, AND U STILL HAVE THAT ONE REAL OLD PERSON STILL SHOPPING AND U CAN'T GET OFF OF YOUR REGISTER UNTIL THEY ARE DONE!
I HATED IT WHEN U GO TO ANOTHER REGISTER, THAT IS CLOSED BECAUSE THE LIGHT IS OFF, AND MAYBE GET PAPER TOWELS OR REGISTER JOURNAL AND A CUSTOMER COMES UP AND STARTS PUTTING THEIR GROCERY ON THE BELT LIKE YOU ARE OPEN, DUH DON'T U SEE THE LIGHT OFF, IDIOT!!
5.Mexicans comin to my job in packs of 25 talkin spanish
I used to work at 2 different taco bells, and words can't describe how many Mexicans used to come thru there...talkin bout..."can i have a chaaaalooooopa supreme, and aaaaahh waaddah..."
i felt like an **** that night, but they was easy on me... (they're not easy on these new cashiers, they mess up, and they're gone)
