:twisted: Okay, i talked to my roomate a few days ago, and i was kinda **** about what i heard. It seems like he is a bookworm, and he says he likes staying to himself in his room (our room). Man what am i pose to do??? he doesn't drink or smoke, not that its good but how am i gonna deal with it???
If anybody has had this happen to them, please give me some advice, i am completely lost, thanks in an advance.
Yea that is prolly the first conversation we'll have. i just enjoy going out and meeting new people and i hope he does too. wouldn't get on ya nerves if everytime u came in ya room, he was in there, just chillin???
YES! IT DOES! My roomate this year was like that. But he always had his stupid lil' cronies with him too. :evil: I swear all the did was play video games and watch ****. And for some odd reason they didn't like ventilation. I'd walk in the room and it would smell straight up like NUTZ. At the beginning of the year him and his lil cockeyed girlfriend would be in there all the time. Couldn't even take a damn shower. I'd come out and hear "Wooooo.... take it off!!!" :evil: I made the mistake of waking up one night when she was spending the night of waking up, and heard her giving him head. And she swallowed!! and had the nerve to say "Hmmm... not as salty as I thought!" Jesus... let me stop... I could go on and on... :roll:

Out of all my friends my roommate was not one of them. I met all my friends in Holland Gym during **** Isabel. At Hampton the word roommate means just that "roommate".

****....I'm not even gonna get into my roommate whoes...I went through three.....and none of us was really all that tight.... As long as you can co-habitate things should be fine...a lot of people make the mistake of equating roomate with best friend...its not gonna be that way...not your first year anyway...
I think the first year you're either gonna love your roommate or never want to live with them again...there seems to never be a grey area...atleast not from what I witnessed. Now sophomore year...my roommate was a senior. We weren't the best of friends (we rarely talked) but we made things work and that's all that mattered. My freshman year...I was bout to kick that ho's ****.
It may suck at first...but like Carlene said, you will find other people in ur dorm who share in ur interests. You dont have to CHILL with ur roommate. Just live with them. ANd dont be so quick to call him lame. He prolly was saying the same thing about you when you said u like to smoke and drink all the time. :wink:
i am lookin at all the post and i am thinking about how its gonna be. i would like to thank ya'll for the advice. i had plenty of roomates in the past but they were all cool, and we were all into the same things. just that this time it seems like we are like night and day. but anywayz keep em comming !!!
