apartments are a waste of money! if you can afford to live on your own, just get a house. roommates too if you gotta.. but at least paying on a house is an investment.
WIT THAT GINORMOUS PICTURE !! just done stretched the table allllll out and thangs. course what i meant is that with an apartment complex or even townhomes you may be paying less per month, but you're paying rent. its like renting a tux as opposed to purchasing one. if you end up going to the same number of formal events, buying it is more of an investment than continuing to rent one. same principle when you pay on a house- you know that one day it will belong to you. and at least with houses, maybe as opposed to tuxes.. their value appreciates over time .

In general, the cost of living in Tallahassee is very reasonable. Therefore, it’s possible to purchase a condo or home. However, some of your best college memoires will take place, while living on campus. It’s not prefect, but an experience of a life time.
