Anyone going to the Essence Festival this year? It is a really good line up this year. If you are going, do you know of any after parties that are going on after the concerts?
Aww.. that's nice to be thought about. Anyway, I've got my tickets for the Friday night but haven't decided about what other night I'm going. Friday has the best lineup. Yeah, you should go. You will enjoy yourself. I always have a good time!
Sounds good. I am trying to convince my family and friends to attend. Essence magazine is really pushing the fest this year. If I attend, I will probably attend the entire event. I am looking forward to the experience.

It depends. If you want to do the day events at the convention center, you might want a hotel closer to that area. Now if you are just doing the concerts, you would want one closer to the superdome. I would recommend getting one closer to the convention center if they aren't booked up already. You can easily catch a cab to go to the superdome at night for the concerts and besides most people walk back to their hotels at night after the concerts anyway.
