I have a friend... :wink: ...who really wants to go to this school. The only thing is they're not giving her much aid. She'd have to take out about $12,000 worth of loans. Would u do it to go to a certain school? Is that a lot or do most of u take out that much too?
Man I wish I was only takin out $12,000 in loans......I'm not so lucky.....that's why I'm tryin to get me some outside scholarships now........but to answer the question, if her heart is set on it, then she should go for it.....if it's meant to be, HE'LL show you a way.....

Well I'm not on scholarship and not eligible for grants, mostly my college tuition is going to be paid through loans. I could still be in Texas at a cheaper HBCU and on some kind of scholarship but I am happier at HU because it was my dream. God doesn't bless you with things that are impossible for you to handle. So let her follow her heart.
