How many of yall have gotten rejection letters and think they were unfairly rejected. Take mine for instance. I got REJECTED from Winston-Salem State University. Their reason was that the only language I took was english. My school was a vocational school and didn't offer any other languages.
I had my share of rejection letters (I ain't sayin how many). Keep ya head up and keep a nonchalant attitude cuz the college selection process could stress you out. Call Winston Salem and tell them to kiss ya ****...trust me you'll feel good afterwards :twisted:
NCAT told me that my SAT scores werent high enuff for out of state students.. I had to correct them because they were and then they said that they wanted me to come in the spring because they couldnt accomodate me in the fall.. then 2 weeks later they called and were like we want u in tha fall... i was like yall too much.. A&T was my second choice newayz.. I got in2 howard(my 1st choice) w/o a problem.. those are the only colleges I applied to..
You have to call WSSU and TALK TO THEM PEOPLE. IF you do not call or GO TO SEE THEM....they will not help you. I have had my HELL WITH THEM and I just an incoming freshman. But it was my First choice....if you wanna go there HARASS THEM. Peace.

I'm not trying to gloat. I'm just sharing.....but sorry for all of you who received rejection letters. I thought for sure I wasn't going to get into Howard....but thank GOD I did. I just can't afford Howard and the location is bad. And SKegee was my 1st choice.

^^^it is?? for out of state students? I didn't know that!! I'll have to apply there myself because if I get in I'm definitely going, even though it's not my first choice I would love to go there. 8)
