Now that you're over 20 (or 21) years old, what things do you refuse to do now that you used to do back in the day?
Example...I refuse to sneak into anything, I refuse to show ID at the local cigar/coffee bar. I refuse to ask for the remote over my girlfriends crib while she's watching Golden Girls...because Golden Girls is a damn good show now.
I also refuse to go outside of the house without a belt on. And I also tuck in my shirts a lot more than I used to. Damn I'm starting to feel like my pops more and more everyday. I also refuse to go without my cowboy hat on the weekends (dont call me wierd...im just a lil' southern).
And I refuse to turn my radio down while i'm listening to the Ohio Players or any other Funk/Blues/Old School music.
Like you said, different strokes for differnt folks. I know alot of people under 20 that act older than people that are over 20 and viceversa so girl if you feel like you've got the mind of an old woman speak you're peace!
*2 steps on in* Well since i was invited into this bytch lol
But .....
I will NOT play games w/guys anymore...if i dont like u Im going to tell u from get go..instead of letting it play out and u stalking me
I will not go on a first date to the movies any more..I think the movies are impersonal...
GATDAMMIT! THIS GIRL IS PREACHING! YOUS PREACHING!
I aint twenty quite yet...actually 19 and a half...but Ima comment anyway....there are a few things I wont tolerate...but the one thing, that is the biggest in my life that I wont tolerate is...
 Arguing with people YOUNGER or OLDER than me. I have no problem debating a point and speaking up for myself. But I refuse to allow anyone to **** me off to a point where I am cursing or yelling. I have grown to just be the " bigger person " in situations and just let things go, and let by gones be by gones.
 Also that " if you dont like what I say you can meet me outside " mentality. Im not a **** person, but I just think it is so childish when grown **** adults get so upset where they talkin about fighting out on the street. Thats one thing I dont have time for. It may sound corney...but I have no problem just walking away...UNLESS a b*tch hits me...then she'll get fukked up...lol...but I dont care about people talkin sh*t....as long as they dont hit me, Im pretty tolerant of that kinda stuff...

oh this a big yes.....i stopped arguing with people too. It just seems stupid and it gets u nowhere. I just say, "ok u got it u won"
u cant be serious about this topic..."i tuck my shirts in now cuz im 20...(im am mocking you if you're wondering)" so what your sayin is when you were 19 you wore your shirt untucked but cuz your 20 now, you tuck it in...thats the dumbest thing i ever heard of.
but this is jus my opinion, take it for what you want.

When you work a job where you have to look semi-professional (tucking in the shirt isn't required, but it helps), it kinda rubs off on you and what you wear when you're NOT at work. Try quoting what i said before you speak on it next time, because you obviously took what i said and bent it around.
