I never knew they started playing screw in VA. I am from Houston, Texas where it originated so i'm onlyused to it there. When I went to college in Louisiana I heard a few folks playing it but not much. Oh well.
He from Chi-town. A lot of people from Chicago ancestry's orginated in Mississippi and Texas and other parts of the south so some of their music and tones sound southern.
