A man gets a female pregnant and the female quickly takes the man to court and he is ordered to pay child support. Several years later his daughter tells him that he is not her Biological father and he gets a DNA test with the girl and the results say that he was not the father..
Should that man be entitled to his money back from all the child support that he has paid??

I saw this same case on Judge Mathis last night..when the guy was paying child support for 10 years and the child tells him that he isnt the father and the DNA test show that he wasnt. He got his money back too...
But anyway, you would have to think about it like this. There are 2 different types of baby daddies... 1) the one that just sends child support every month as a court order. and 2) the one who sends money every month as a court order...PLUS buys important items for the child/children when needed..and when NOT needed. For instance.. I know someone who has a child by his ex girlfriend.. she LIVES with him and he still pays child support. He is the only one in the household working so you know she doesnt buy food...clothes... diapers...any thing else. And turns out the child is not even his...didnt even bare his last name... so you tell me that he doesnt desearve to get some of that back?!?!?!

He definitely should. It was his bad for not getting a paternity test to make sure, but that still doesnt make it right on her part. Any female who pulls a slick one like that should be ordered to make the man monthly payments of all she owes him...the same way he had to make monthly payments to take care of a child that isnt his...
I agree. It's not really taking away from the child cuz just like she got child support from one man she can take the real daddy to court and get child support. It's not right to make someone take responsibility for a child that is not theirs. Now if a man so chooses to take care of a child that is not his that's his business, but he shouldn't be forced to.
she shouldnt give it back REGARDLESS...if you(the guy) had thoughts of the kid not being yours, take a DNA test...point,blank,PERIOD.

girl meee tooo...!!! some of these **** aint doin right girl...
I say yeah because although he should have taken a test....he was taking care of a child that wasn't even his. I don't think he should go through all that trouble...but if he wants it he should be entitled to it.
