Lol...Spelman and Morehouse are up there too!!! and may I point out...Morehouse is the only HBCU to be on the top 25 schools to feeder to the top Grad schools in the WORLD!! Not America but the WORLD!!!
::tucks his Howard keychain into his pocket and out of sight:: Leave it to ya'll to see ya'll name on a list and not look at the title of the ranking. Ya'll are like number 90 on the list of american universities. And not even out of all the universities, just a sub category of universities. Ya'll could never take morehouse or even spelman on academics when trying to rank against us. Thats why if ya'll made it into harvard graduate schools or yale, princeton, etc. then you'll notice that more than 50% of african american students, considering both male and female, are morehouse alumni. look it up
COSIGN!!!!!!!! Where not called Morehouse Mafia on Walstreet for nothing In fact when top grad schools or fortune 500 companies come looking for black students to work for them; they come to Morehouse and Spelman!!! ALWAYS!! Not howard, not hampton, not NC A&T....ALWAYS MOREHOUSE AND SPELMAN....it's a proven fact!!
They come to FAMU alson

You see every Tuskegee student should have known that before they spent their money on their application. You don't get the full satisfaction of going to a school with the history and roots of a HBCU. I'm glad the howard **** is proud of hisschool, but it'll be nice to back his feelings with solid facts, but oh well.

I've been offered full scholarships c. I've ALREADY been to a prom So, Junior prom is the least of my worries 4) Why are you so worried about what school(s) I like? Did I say anything about Tuskegee or the PWIs you cherish so much? NO...so step off oh, may God bless you and there's absolutely no need for the senseless and callow hostility on the internet...

Tuskegee ranked 31st — up from 32nd last year — among Southern schools on the regional list of “best universities” offering the master’s degree, noted the 2005 edition of the “Best Colleges” guidebook. Of the Alabama schools on that list, Tuskegee earned the third highest rank. “Tuskegee University’s ranking in the latest edition of U.S. News & World Report underscores the University’s 123-year commitment to educational excellence through our cutting-edge research programs, innovative curricula and dedicated faculty and staff,” explained Tuskegee University ’s President, Dr. Benjamin F. Payton . “ Tuskegee continues to attract and graduate the highest caliber students from the state of Alabama and throughout the country,” he said. “We are confident that our efforts to produce the nation’s best trained, most empowered students will continue to be recognized at the national, state and local levels.” Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to confer baccalaureate, master’s, professional and Ph.D. degrees, Tuskegee University offers more than 50 areas of study and 11 graduate programs. National and specialized accreditation and approvals are enjoyed by the University’s programs of study. Tuskegee is the only Historically Black College or University in the nation to confer the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and the only HBCU with a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering. Tuskegee recently launched a second Ph.D. program in integrative biosciences. The U.S. News & World Report study is the latest in a litany of national praise given to Tuskegee , including: The 2005 edition of The Princeton Review lauds Tuskegee ’s campus newspaper. The Campus Digest’s effort to fulfill its role as the student voice of Tuskegee University landed it as a favorite among Tuskegee students in the recent edition of The Princeton Review's special The 357 Best Colleges issue. The Campus Digest took fourth place for best university newspaper with Howard University, University of Mexico and Brooklyn College wrapping up first, second and third respectively. The Campus Digest is produced and operated entirely by students with advisement through the Office of Marketing and Communications. Tuskegee ranks among the nation’s “Most Interesting Colleges and Universities.” Tuskegee University is one of only seven Historically Black Colleges and Universities and four Alabama schools listed among 328 colleges and universities as the most interesting to attend in the 2004 edition of The Unofficial, Unbiased Guide to the 328 Most Interesting Colleges. According to the guide, Tuskegee ’s main academic strengths lie in its science and pre-professional engineering programs. It is also the leading producer of African-American engineering graduates in chemical, electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineering, as well the only Historically Black College in the nation designated as the location for a National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care. The June 3, 2004, issue of Black Issues in Higher Education, ranked Tuskegee University as one of only 35 Historically Black Colleges and Universities among the Top 100 institutions conferring baccalaureate degrees to students of color in 2002-2003. Tuskegee is one of the top 15 H BCUs granting degrees in biological and biomedical sciences and in math and statistics. The magazine also ranked Tuskegee third among all HBCUs for degrees granted in agriculture, agriculture operations and related sciences. Tuskegee is listed among the top 10 leading producers of African-American engineering graduates. Tuskegee has the "best quality of life" of any Alabama school , according to the 2004 edition of The Princeton Review’s Best 351 Colleges. Tuskegee is sixth on the national list of schools with the best overall quality of life. Likewise, the University was the only educational institution in the state and among HBCUs in the country honored in the sub-category. Tuskegee University also ranked one of America’s "Best Colleges" by U.S. News & World Report in the 2004 edition. Among Southern schools who offer diverse degrees at the master’s level, Tuskegee is third among HBCUs and third among colleges and universities in the state of Alabama. Overall, the University is tied for 32nd in the region. The July 3, 2003, edition of Black Issues in Higher Education found that Tuskegee is No. 1 in the state of Alabama, 10th among HBCUs and 27th among all institutions of higher education in conferring the coveted "first professional degree" regardless of predominate ethnic group. Tuskegee is also tied for the No. 1 spot in the state in producing Blacks with master’s degrees in engineering, 3rd among HBCUs and tied for 21st in the nation. The June 5, 2003, edition of Black Issues in Higher Education notes that Tuskegee ranks in the Top 25 producers of Black baccalaureate graduates among HBCUs. Tuskegee is second in the state of Alabama, 21st among HBCUs and is 50th among all institutions of higher education, regardless of the predominate ethnic group. Black Enterprise magazine lists Tuskegee as one of the Top 25 Colleges for African-Americans . The 2003 list, the magazine’s third biennial index, places Tuskegee at No. 21 for its stellar academic programs, affordable tuition and small class sizes.

If you were really interested in what it said then you should have re-read it made inferences by using the context, but you really shouldn't have cared that much. Like we could sit here and critique and proofread everything said in this topic, but then who does that? It would just lead to bickering back and forth attacking the level of each other's intelligence and then one of us would probably proceed to throw the name of someone's school in it and we'll argue about that and you'll probably lose that battle and how be proud of a school she knows nothing about?....lol she is still in high school...A Junior @ that...hasent even been to the prom yet i could probably try to make sense of that, but i dont think it applies to me Makes sense brotha....Does it? by the way...your avatar dosent work  This is nice as well, but i don't appreciate the winks, you need to work on that

I guess, if it's that important to you, then you win. In fact you can be the World Champion of stupid **** message board arguments. You can even have a nickname, or recruit a team, get sponsers, start a rap career or a clothes line (just to get your name everywhere). But that all depends on if you have a life or not, but you do care about winning.

Ummm congrats again. Yeah Morehouse doesn't have the best dorms and we really don't like the lines we have to wait in, esp since there aren't any girls in them. And we share a library with 4 other schools as well as a campus, but we still go there. We still pay more than tuskegee students and we have a way better application pool than your school as well. BUT, you guys won the football game and from what I hear TU had more people show up to the game. Seems like MC had something better to do that day. It's great that you noticed that Morehouse has the same problems that most hbcu and small coleges have, but we had them back when we produced the students who changed the shape of the world today and we still produce the leaders of tomorrow despite our slow administration. So I'm glad that you play for the winningest team in a very very sad conference, but how many harvard, yale, princeton, and stanford graduate students have your athletics program produced? We don't offer a major in football. I knew you would resort to attacking my school in general and in respect for the people at TU who are working hard to acheive their goals instead of bragging about a football game I will only defend Morehouse. But I would advise you to worry about you and to not offend too many Morehouse students cuz chances are they're more likely to be signing your checks than the other way around. Ask anybody. With that said, please continue your victory lap.

Ummm where are you getting all of this? 1.I didn't say Morehouse was better than TU. 2.I didn't say that your institution offered a major in football. 3.Lol I didn't even say Morehouse was a great school, thanks for the compliment. 4.You did brag about a football game. 5.Arguments and evidence used in a debate are weapons used to attack a thought or point of view, sir you did attack Morehouse. 6.And I commented on the cost of tuition and application pool only to bring about the point that Morehouse students look at stats other than the ones listed on your post when considering Morehouse. From the jump I have only agreed and supported your facts, though I don't agree to you ways of thinking. But I realize that I'm replying to someone who doesn't read nor interpret my writing well and I'd hate to be seen as a fool for wasting my time typing. Sooooooo it was nice posting on the same topic with you, have fun at TU, and goodluck with football. Oh and while you are coming a football standpoint; my Highschool and other highschools in my region would have "pwned" Morehouse, TU, most other HBCU's, and many schools that we play, so football stats aren't that impressive.
